Having made his first Premier League start for QPR at Liverpool in 2012, Harriman became one of Gareth Ainsworth's first loan signings as Wanderers manager in January 2013, playing 20 times for the Chairboys in 2012/13.
The youngster starred at right-back for Gillingham and then right wing-back at Luton in subsequent seasons and earned a loan move back to Adams Park in the summer of 2015, which was made permanent in January 2016 following an outstanding start to the season, scoring six times before Christmas.
Harriman was nominated as Players’ Player of the Year by his team-mates after racking up eight goals amidst some outstanding performances to earn the plaudits of his peers, and remained a consistent performer throughout the 2016/17 campaign.
After making an impressive start to the 2017/18 season, Harriman would suffer a broken leg in early October and would not feature again until March 2018. The defender reclaimed his place in the starting XI for the Easter Monday win over Grimsby Town and remained in the side until the end of the season as the Chairboys secured promotion.
