Nick arrived at Adams Park after four successful years in non-league football, predominantly with Histon where he plied his trade, scoring 23 goals over 3 years, as further spells at Hemel Hempstead and Biggleswade saw Freeman earn a trial at the Chairboys in 2016.
Initially starting as a winger at Adams Park, Freeman had to wait his turn to truly get a run of games for the club, going out on loan in his first season to Wealdstone. Over the years Freeman has become a versatile and consistently useful asset to Wycombe, providing creativity from every position he has played, whether it be from the wing as he started out or playing more centrally as an attacking midfielder or even deeper when called upon.
With over 100 Wycombe appearances over all three EFL divisions where he set up Fred Onyedinma’s second in the 2020 play-off semi-final, he constantly proves a threat in any position. Nick gained valuable experience in the 2020/21 season on loan at Leyton Orient and returned to the Chairboys, bolstering the ranks ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.
