Chicago-born defender Phillips signed a season-long loan deal from Queens Park Rangers in July 2019, having caught the eye as a trialist in pre-season.
Phillips joined QPR in 2017 and featured regularly for their under-23 side before making the step into the senior game with the Chairboys, joining on loan for the 2019/20 season.
Having played an important squad role during the season, he joined Wycombe permanently at the beginning of the 2020/21 campaign, as the American looked to help Wycombe during their first season in the Championship.
