RECRUITING: Ticketing Sales Assistant

The Chairboys are looking for a Ticketing Sales Assistant to join the back of house team at Adams Park.

Job Title: Ticketing Sales Assistant

Reporting Structure

The job holder will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Main Purpose Of The Role:

To assist the ticketing executive in the day to day running of all ticketing activities within the club. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following specific functions:

  1. Manage all away ticket allocations: Liaising with opponent ticketing teams to ensure timely receipt of away ticket allocations. Timely distribution of the ticket to home fans. Preparing re-print and collections for away matches. Ensuring receipt of monies earned from away allocations.
  2. Answer all fan ticketing enquiries and sales: Manning the phones, become an expert in the ticketing system, training others to make ticketing sales.
  3. Growing the subscription base: Agree with the rest of the ticketing team and CCO the strategy for both on sale dates and the e-marketing approach. Creation of e marketing template, agreement of tone of voice, key messaging and targets.
  4. B2B ticketing relationships: Developing a relationship with the clubs ticketing provider.

Key Essential Skills

Analytical mindset and ability to read and understand data, then use the information to inform the ticketing strategy.

E marketing and copy-writing understanding to ensure a consistent tone of voice, clear communications and drive sales.

Ability to multitask in an extremely busy and sometimes pressurised environment.

Excel intermediate to advance (desirable).

Hours Of Work
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30, with 1 hour unpaid lunch break each day. In addition you will be expected to work on all match days and at certain events outside of these hours as agreed in advance.
