Wycombe Wanderers are keen to work with its supporters to create a more harmonious environment on the terrace, due to a rise in anti-social behaviour at recent matches, and has made the decision to ban all musical instruments from Adams Park for the foreseeable future.
The club has taken on board feedback from supporters in the terrace, and from those who travel to away games, and recently employed a fan in a mediating role in the terrace in an attempt to calm tensions.
However, following the ejection of three home fans at last weekend’s game against Morecambe, as well as a recent decline in ticket sales in the terrace, the club feels that it is now time to take action and temporarily ban the use of instruments across the stadium.
The club hopes that this move will encourage more fans to buy tickets to help pack out the terrace, and asks all supporters to work together to generate the best possible atmosphere to spur the team on to victory. Please bring your friends, bring the noise, and help Wycombe Wanderers climb the League 1 table with a win this weekend.
