Gareth Ainsworth has secured his third new signing of the summer, bringing Sullay Kaikai to Adams Park on a two-year deal.
The exciting attacker, 25, left Blackpool this summer after helping fire the Tangerines into the Championship, and follows Oliver Pendlebury and Josh Scowen through the door as Ainsworth’s squad continues to take shape ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.
“Sullay is a fantastic talent and exactly the type of player who will get fans off their seats,” the Blues boss said. “He’s always impressed me when I’ve seen him play and his experience with Blackpool last year, where he was a regular in a promotion-winning team, makes him an ideal character to bring into our squad.”
The former Crystal Palace youngster, who made his Premier League debut in 2016, has enjoyed loan spells at Crawley Town, Cambridge United, Shrewsbury Town, Brentford and Charlton Athletic, before spending six months in Holland with NEC Breda.
Kaikai moved to Blackpool in July 2019, featuring against the Chairboys in the 1-1 draw at Bloomfield Road in his first season, and scored 13 times in 68 appearances prior to his departure.
