Adam Przybek is Wycombe Wanderers’ fourth summer signing, putting pen to paper on a one-year deal earlier today.
The 21-year-old goalkeeper left Ipswich Town this summer following recent loan spells with Braintree, Concord Rangers and Chesterfield, having previously been on the books of West Bromwich Albion for 12 years.
With Polish ancestry and England schoolboy caps, Przybek has also represented Wales at under-19 and under-21 levels, where he worked alongside current Chairboys coach Lee Harrison.
Blues boss Gareth Ainsworth said: “Adam came to train with us at the end of last season and Lee Harrison, who I trust implicitly, was a big fan of his.
“He’s a big lad, he’ll come for the ball, command his area, and he comes in as competition for David Stockdale, who will start as our number 1 as everybody knows.
“It’s great to have this talent – with Curtis Anderson as well – under Stocko, who will work with them and nurture them, and with Lee Harrison as well, who does a phenomenal job, Adam is in a good place here.”
Adam is showing off two new goalkeeper shirts, both of which will be available to buy online and in-store from July 28th.
