Wycombe Wanderers are honoured to name a programme hut in memory of dearly missed long-time supporter Sandie Derben, and are looking for two programme sellers to continue her legacy by greeting fans and selling copies of BluePrint close to the Adams Park entrance.
Sandie passed away early in 2021 having been a much-loved supporter of the club for many years, overseeing - with husband John - the team of volunteers that sold programmes to fans at home games.
The club has taken on learnings from the opening day fixture against Accrington and introduced a cashless payment system at the hut, now known as Sandie's, which requires two sellers to pick up where she left off.
The sellers will be required to work from 12pm until shortly after 3pm, ensuring that all supporters have the chance to purchase programmes from the hut up until kick-off. Full training of the cashless system will be given, plus an hourly rate of £10 per person.
To apply, plus email the Trust's volunteer coordinator email@example.com. Programmes will still be available from the shop, bars and kiosks.
