Wanderers fans will be able to watch every non-televised Championship fixture live on iFollow during the temporary closure of football grounds due to Covid-19 protocols.
The club's online video platform will be providing a live four-camera stream, plus audio commentary, replays and graphics of all league fixtures in the period that matches are played behind-closed-doors, with the exception of those shown live on Sky Sports, which will only be made available to fans who have bought a season ticket for the 2020/21 campaign.
Please note that Sunday's Carabao Cup tie at Brentford will not be available on iFollow for any supporter.
In order to watch league matches on iFollow, you will need to sign up for an account, and we recommend doing so well in advance of the matchday to make sure you can gain access. Visit the subscription page and sign up the 'Basic Pass' by clicking here. You will not need to leave any payment details at this stage. Remember your login details to make sure you can access iFollow at any time, particularly on the day of the match(es).
A basic pass will not, however, grant access to the extended highlights, exclusive interviews, audio commentary and video archive which are also contained within iFollow; these packages are to be purchased separately from the subscription page.
This process above also applies for all season ticket holders, who will receive a FREE match pass for each home and midweek away game that is played behind closed doors. See below for further instructions.
If you already have an account then you do not need to create a new one. In the event that you've forgotten your password, select the 'Forgot password' option when attempting to login, or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need further assistance with your account.
Guide for season ticket holders
You will receive via an email* from the club a unique code which is supplied by the EFL for each home and midweek away league fixture. Weekend away league fixtures will need to be purchased at a cost of £10.
This code you receive will enable you to acquire a FREE pass to watch the game on iFollow, by inserting this code when selecting to 'buy' a pass for that match. The game will show on iFollow 'subscribe' page shortly after the conclusion of the previous match.
Matches which are being televised on Sky Sports will be made available to season ticket holders and will automatically be added to your account, with no need to use a promo code.
*the email will be sent to the address with which you purchased your season ticket.
For any supporters under the age of 18, you will need an adult to put their date of birth into the iFollow account in order to accept the terms.
We are aware that some supporters will have purchased multiple season tickets using just the one email address; these fans will receive multiple codes within their email.
We would like to advise that unique codes provided are for personal use only, and are single-use.
Guide for buying passes match-by-match
Supporters who wish to purchase on a match by match basis will need to login to their account, or create a new account if they are not a current subscriber, and purchase a match pass for the upcoming game at a cost of £10 via this link. Please note that matches shown live on Sky Sports will not be available to purchase passes for.
General guidance and support
We recommend that you set up your iFollow account in plenty of time and check that you can log in prior to match day. Once you have done this, all you will need to do is input the unique code for each game and the FREE pass will be applied (season ticket holders only) or purchase the game individually (non ST holders).
Wycombe Wanderers will be on hand to deal with as many queries as possible, but heavily suggest that you login as early as possible as any last-minute requests for support may not be responded to in time for kick-off.
The EFL support desk can be reached on email@example.com for any account queries.
Further information guides will be available next week.
