Season ticket holders will be able to watch Saturday's Championship fixture with Swansea City live on iFollow, and should take note of different arrangements from the opening day match against Rotherham United.
Due to the Swansea match being televised by Sky Sports, there are no match passes for sale on iFollow, in line with Sky's broadcast arrangement with the EFL.
However, season ticket holders who have an iFollow account will be granted VIP access to watch the game.
An email was sent by the club on Monday to its season ticket holders who have an active iFollow account, instructing them of the arrangements:
- Your account will be activated with a free pass to watch Saturday's match against Swansea. If you sign in to iFollow from Friday onwards (using the same address on which you have received this email), you should see that the subscription page displays a message declaring: 'You already have access to this match'.
- Simply return to iFollow before kick-off on Saturday and you'll be able to watch every kick.
However, there are some season ticket holders whose email addresses are not held by the club, due to their ticket being purchased by another supporter.
In this instance, you will need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org by 4pm on Wednesday to confirm:
- The name and/or email address of the person to whom your season ticket is registered
- Your email address (which must match the email address you have registered on iFollow)
No further action will be required; your email address will be passed to the EFL who will then activate your iFollow account with access to watch Saturday's match.
