The club pays its respects to supporter Philip Page, a local man, born in Tylers Green in 1937, who lived in the local area all of his life and passed away last month at the age of 83.
A keen sportsman, playing football, cricket and badminton, with both of his sons following in his footsteps, Philip became a devoted Wycombe Wanderers fan during the 1970s, then through the last decade at Loakes Park in the 1980s, introducing both sons Russell and Matthew to the Blues along the way.
Upon the move to Adams Park in 1990, he was there for the opening match against Brian Clough’s Nottingham Forest. Soon after, he became a season ticket holder and continued that for almost 25 years.
He sadly passed away in the early hours of 29th October 2020, aged 83. May he rest in peace.
