Wycombe's one and only home win to date over Huddersfield came back in 1994, with Terry Evans and Simon Garner completing a comeback victory after Gary Patterson was sent off.
Ronnie Jepson fired the visitors in front and things got worse for the Blues when Gary Patterson was sent off on his debut, but Evans began the fightback and Garner won it in stoppage time.
After the game, Town boss Neil Warnock appeared to be irked by the actions of Wycombe manager Martin O'Neill, commenting: "Martin’s alright when he’s winning. We’ll see what happens to him in a few years’ time.”
O'Neill responded: “If I’m accused of showing too much spirit, I don’t deny it. We showed fantastic spirit and it won us the game.”
