Wycombe Wanderers are delighted to announce their new partnership with healthy hydration partner iPRO, until 2023.
Wanderers are continually striving to create a maintainable model to achieve future success, following investment into on and off-field operations by American businessman Rob Couhig. Celebrating 30 years this summer at its Adams Park home, the club had achieved its highest ever league position during the 2019/20 season and welcomed its highest league attendances for almost a decade.
At a time where we are all missing football hugely, iPRO are striving to support the development of the sport both in the short and long-term following the Coronavirus pandemic. Many football clubs are experiencing difficulty in a number of ways, and iPRO wish to show confidence in Wycombe Wanderers both on and off the pitch to get through challenging this time.
This week saw the partnership kick off with Wycombe Wanderers Manager Gareth Ainsworth – the longest serving manager in the Football League – and his long-time assistant Richard Dobson receiving the initial batch of iPRO Hydrate drinks which will be helping to ensure that Management have healthy, vitamin packed drinks, to keep them hydrated at home while they complete workouts and virtual training.
iPRO Hydrate is an Informed Sport Approved product and is fast becoming the leading supplier of healthy hydration drinks for the health, fitness and wellness communities worldwide. The naturally sweetened wellbeing drinks are free from artificial colours, sweeteners and flavours, as well as being filled with vitamins and electrolytes to rehydrate and aid recovery.
iPRO National Account Manager, Charlotte Taylor, commented:
“We are proud to partner with Wycombe Wanderers FC and cannot wait to get back to seeing the team’s performances on the pitch. It is vital to provide players and fans with our premium ingredient drinks, to keep them hydrated at all times. We look forward to supporting the club within areas such as sustainability in the coming seasons.”
Wycombe Wanderers Manager Gareth Ainsworth, also commented:
“It’s great for us to partner with iPRO and we look forward to reaping the benefits of their fantastic drinks over the months and years to come. We play a high intensity style of football which puts very high physical demands on the players, so it’s important that they take the right hydration products on board to keep them performing at the best possible level.”
Neil Peters, Wycombe Wanderers Chief Commercial Officer, added:
“Although the team are currently on leave from the club during these unprecedented times, it’s business as usual for us as we prepare for the return of football in the near future and it’s a real mark of the club’s hard work and progress that we’ve been able to secure a prestigious partnership with an industry-leading supplier in iPRO. We’re delighted to welcome them into the club and I’m sure their products will be popular both with the team and the supporters, with a range of iPRO Hydrate drinks set to be available to purchase around Adams Park.”
