The club have been contacted by a number of supporters who have expressed concern that their cutouts don't appear to be on display in the stadium. We have today received an acknowledgement and an apology from the supplier that a number of cutouts didn't make it to Adams Park due to a technical fault in production. We are chasing a list of all purchases so that we can verify those that arrived against those that didn't, and will ensure that the supplier will produce the complete set and deliver them this week.
All cutouts will be displayed at Wembley Stadium for the play-off final on Monday evening, and will then be returned to Adams Park and fans will be contacted to ascertain whether they would then like to have it signed and made available for them to collect, or left on display in the stadium for next season.
And the ordering process has now re-opened, so it's not too late to order a cutout for the play-off final; click here to order yours by midday on Friday!
The souvenir edition of Parklife was posted out in second-class mail by the publishers last Tuesday (30th June) and should by now have all arrived with those fans who ordered a copy. Any supporter who did not receive their order should contact firstname.lastname@example.org and a replacement will be arranged.
The club have received permission to display flags at Wembley Stadium for the final; unless we hear otherwise from the flags' owners, these will be transported to Wembley this weekend for display, and brought back to Adams Park for collection from next week onwards.
