'Anything but blue' at Rochdale fixture

Bring colour and positive vibes to Adams Park on 18th January.

6 January 2020

Wanderers are encouraging supporters to help banish the January blues at its next home fixture against Rochdale at Adams Park on Saturday 18th January.

The game falls on the weekend of Blue Monday – reportedly the most depressing day of the year, due to a combination of post-Christmas blues, colds and other illnesses, money shortages, and diets and other New Year’s resolutions going by the wayside.

So the club are looking to make this matchday anything but blue by asking fans to wear bright, vibrant clothing in any colour except blue, and are teaming up with Chiltern Samaritans to help offer support to those who may be enduring a particularly testing time.

There’ll be live music, giveaways and other forms of entertainment on show throughout the afternoon, culminating in Wanderers’ League 1 showdown with Rochdale as Gareth Ainsworth’s men seek a 10th home win of the season.

Keep an eye out for more updates ahead of the game, and head to tickets.wwfc.com to book your seats!
