Supporter guide: Wycombe vs Coventry

Key information for attending fans.

11 December 2020

Fans are back!

Those season ticket holders eligible to attend received a link to our ticketing portal where they could select their seat. Once the booking is complete, those fans will receive email confirmation containing a QR code which they should bring with them and have scanned at the gate specified on their ticket.

There will be a maximum of 2,000 supporters in the stadium, in line with Tier 2 government regulations. Tickets have been allocated to season ticket holders, executive box holders and key sponsors.

In line with national government recommendations, the club would like to encourage its fans to follow safe transport guidance by walking or cycling to the ground where possible, and avoiding public transport unless essential. If using public transport, you should sanitise hands regularly, wear a face covering and socially distance from others. If travelling by car, you should ensure that you only share a vehicle with members of your social bubble.

On-site parking is available in the upper tier for £10 per vehicle (cash only); alternatively there will be other sites available along Hillbottom Road.

Food and Drink
There will be four food trucks in the car park before the game: Burgers & Hot Dogs, Barbarian Grill, Tripoli Express (Lebanese) and German Sausage House. Soft drinks will be available, but the club were denied permission by the Safety Advisory Group to sell alcohol to supporters apart from those in hospitality suites. You will be permitted to take your food and drink into the stadium.

Stadium Access
Your e-ticket will specify a Check-In Time Number, which correlates as follows:

Check-In Time 1 – 13.45-14.00
Check-In Time 2 – 14.00-14.15
Check-In Time 3 – 14.15-14.30
Check-In Time 4 – 14.30-14.45

These are the times at which you should enter the stadium bowl, via the Gate Number shown on your ticket. This is to allow for a steady flow of supporters into the ground and avoid overcrowding at the gates at any time. You are, however, welcome to arrive at Adams Park before your allotted check-in time in order to visit the shop and food trucks.

The shop will be open before the game, with a one-way flow throughout, enabling fans to buy Christmas gifts. Browse the range online, though please note all items shown on the website are available in-store.

In usual times, we are more than happy to allow crowds around the Players' Entrance to collect photos and autographs. However, this will unfortunately not be possible at any time on matchday, in order to protect the players' health and safety and contain them within their bubble as much as possible.

Covid-19 Precautions
You must not attend Adams Park you have a new cough, a fever or temperature, are unusually short of breath during exercise or at rest, or have a loss of smell or taste. Failure to comply may jeopardise the health of other WWFC supporters and club staff. The club will be conducting temperature checks on randomly selected spectators on arrival; anyone with a temperature above 37.8C will not be permitted entry. Fans should wear a mask at all times.

Seating Arrangements
You should sit in the seat marked on your ticket. For this fixture, season ticket holders can select seats in the Origin Family Stand, Frank Adams Stand and Lords Builders Merchants Stand, or the very outer blocks of the PreSonus Stand. The terrace will be closed, and the centre of the PreSonus Stand will be used partially as a ‘red zone’ for playing and coaching staff, and partially for corporate guests and media.
