Wanderers’ second signing of the summer sees Giles Phillips return to Adams Park on a one-year deal, following his release from Queens Park Rangers.
The Chicago-born defender spent the 2019/20 season on loan with the Chairboys, making 16 appearances in all competitions, and has been given the opportunity to further his development with the club throughout their first season in the Championship.
Manager Gareth Ainsworth said: “Giles is still a work in progress but he showed a lot of potential last season and we feel he’s got every chance of developing into a top defender for us. The launch of our B Team this summer means he’ll get more opportunities to play matches, work on his game and provide us with defensive cover all across the backline.
