Rob Couhig has written to Wanderers supporters with encouragement to get Adams Park as full as possible for the visit of Portsmouth on Saturday 21st September:
We are serious about selling out our match with our fans against Portsmouth. Our boys deserve it! The staff that has made great improvements in the match day experience deserve it! And Chairboy supporters everywhere need to see it done!
The team had a fantastic result against Lincoln on Saturday to move to the top of the league, but fewer than 6,000 fans were here to see it, and the future success of this club is dependent on more and more people coming along to be part of this exciting journey that we’re all on.
If it appears we will fall short of our goal, we will invite Portsmouth fans to take up an extra allocation of tickets in the Beechdean Stand. We welcome all visitors to Adams Park with open arms – home or away fans – and I know they are a fantastic club with a historically large fanbase who will help to create an incredible atmosphere around the stadium.
So that’s my message to Wanderers fans – thank you to everyone who’s been to Adams Park this season to cheer the team on to four brilliant victories. Now I challenge you to help us sell out our stadium with our fans for this great occasion against Portsmouth.
Tickets are now on sale in the Frank Adams Stand, Origin Family Stand and BMI Healthcare Terrace. Click here to buy!
