The Chairboys' charitable arm, Wycombe Wanderers Sports & Education Trust (WWSET), is seeking a dynamic, innovative and experienced candidate to fill the role of Head of Inclusion.
Based at Adams Park, the role is an exciting opportunity to join a talented team that are dedicated to engaging with as many people as possible in and around High Wycombe with the aim of using sport and the Wycombe Wanderers FC brand to improve levels of health, inclusion, education, and sports participation.
The Head of Inclusion, who will also sit on WWSET’s Senior Management Team, will be the operational lead for the charities Inclusion Department. The post-holder will be responsible for the high quality planning, practical delivery, management and expansion of all WWSET’s new and existing inclusion activities/programmes, all of which broadly seek to achieve tangible outcomes in the following areas:
- Develop essential life skills
- Maximise individual potential
- Promote understanding and community cohesion
- Tackle pertinent community issues
- Engage with those in deprived areas and/or hard to reach groups
