The successful re-launch of Wycombe Wanderers’ business network was attended by over 60 representatives of existing and prospective club partners on Tuesday evening, ahead of the club’s League 1 fixture against Accrington Stanley.
‘Business @ Adams Park’ brought together a wide range of local companies to learn more about the proposed ownership changes at the club and the diverse commercial opportunities which are available on matchdays and within the Adams Park Conference Centre.
Hosted by Mark Palmer in the Woodlands Lounge, the event also included a talk from potential investor Rob Couhig and chairman Trevor Stroud, a tour of the stadium, a buffet meal and a Q&A session between Bill Turnbull and Gareth Ainsworth before guests took their seats in time for kick-off.
“We’ve already received some great feedback about the event from sponsors who’ve been with us for a long time, and potential new partners who were visiting for the first time and are keen to strike up a relationship which we strongly believe will be mutually beneficial for many years to come.
“Adams Park is home to some fantastic conferencing facilities and a wide range of advertising, sponsorship and hospitality opportunities which we feel offer something for everyone, and I welcome anyone interested in working with us to get in touch and arrange a meeting or phone call.
“I’d like to thank everyone who took the time to come along, and also Bill Turnbull for making a special appearance and helping provide entertainment for our guests.”
