Wanderers are proud to be actively supporting the EFL and Stonewall's Rainbow Laces campaign.
Substitution boards, corner flags and big screen content will be turned rainbow coloured for our match with Doncaster Rovers this weekend (23rd November).
Captains will wear rainbow armbands to show their backing for the campaign - and social media channels will also be rainbow themed to encourage supporters to help raise awareness.
The campaigns runs between 22 November and 8 December, and throughout this period, we will see a vast array of support not only an elite level but right across communities, as clubs work together to Make Sport Everyone’s Game.
Over the last three years football fans support has helped generate a huge amount of awareness around LGBT people in sport. 12 million people in Britain saw the campaign in November 2018, including 34 per cent of all sport fans.
More importantly, Rainbow Laces has helped foster positive attitudes towards LGBT people in sport and persuaded allies to play their part.
Wycombe are proud to be active allies for LGBT+ inclusion within football. Anyone who witnesses or experiences homophobic, biphobic or transphobic behaviour, or any other form of discrimination at a match should report it to a steward or via the KickItOut app.
