Wanderers' new partnership with the South Bucks Youth League will see Pitstone & Ivinghoe's under-18 side rewarded with a 'Star Performer' prize at tonight's England under-20s fixture at Adams Park.
The club joined forces with the local league earlier this season, helping to support the league’s aims and encourage young local footballers to develop their allegiance to the Chairboys.
More than 40 youngsters and parents will be in attendance at Adams Park to see England take on Iceland, with Pitstone & Ivinghoe Under-18s set to receive recognition on the pitch at half-time for their excellent conduct on the field of play. The South Bucks Youth League is a Respect League which fully embraces the FA's Respect campaign, and the team currently have the highest average marks from referees for fair play and their players haven’t received a single caution all season.
