After nine victories from 11 home games so far, Wanderers enter the second half of their season looking for a return to winning ways in the midst of a busy and challenging festive period.

Coventry are the last side in League 1 that Gareth Ainsworth's men are yet to face, and the visitors had the luxury of a Boxing Day without a fixture (they were due to face Bury), leaving them relatively refreshed for the visit to Adams Park for the start of the New Year double header.

Wycombe were defeated at Oxford and Portsmouth either side of Christmas Day, losing Dominic Gape and Curtis Thompson to injury and Adebayo Akinfenwa to a red card, but will now be looking for home comforts to inspire them to a return to the form which has steered them to an unthinkable six-point lead at the League 1 summit.

City have won each of the previous seven encounters against the Chairboys, but are yet to win away, collecting all eight of their league victories at home.

Gareth Ainsworth hopes to welcome Dominic Gape, Curtis Thompson and ex-Sky Blue Jack Grimmer back into the squad after injury, while Adebayo Akinfenwa is available again after suspension.

Man in the Middle
Kevin Johnson officiated Wanderers' 1-0 win over Sunderland in October, and has shown 57 yellow and five red cards in 18 games this season.

Ticket News.jpg

Chairboys fans can by online at any time and save £2 through the new TicketCo platform, either on the website at tickets.wwfc.com or the TicketCo Wallet app.

Fans are encouraged to use the online platform rather than queuing to buy a ticket from Ticket Office 1 or 2. Buying online saves you time and money, which can be better spent in the shop, bar or stadium bowl.

Please also note that there will be no cash turnstile facility in the home areas; all fans are required to present a ticket (either the QR code on a smartphone/printout, or a physical ticket).

Supporters are advised to download their QR code to their smartphone wallet, or screenshot it to the camera roll, to prevent any issues using internet data to retrieve the code from emails whilst entering at the turnstile.
