Team news, tickets, travel and more...

Wycombe Wanderers vs Bolton Wanderers
Saturday 3rd August 2019, k.o. 3pm
Adams Park
Referee: Tom Nield
Match Sponsor: BMI The Chiltern & Shelburne Hospitals

After 13 weeks away... League 1 football is back at Adams Park!

It's a first ever meeting between these two sets of Wanderers, following Bolton's relegation from the Championship last term, and Wycombe's successful survival mission which secured their place in the third tier.

The feelgood factor around the club is through the roof following a whole host of summer signings, with the likes of Fred Onyedinma, Paul Smyth and Jack Grimmer all in line to feature for Gareth Ainsworth's men.

Bolton's off-field problems have dominated the pre-match build-up but Phil Parkinson's side will be backed by a near sold-out away end as their supporters make their maiden journey to Adams Park hoping to see their side begin with a bang.

Sido Jombati and Curtis Thompson are unlikely to be involved after undergoing rehabilitation on their respective injuries throughout pre-season, but Gareth Ainsworth has no fresh injury worries ahead of the game. All nine summer signings are available for selection.

Bolton's squad remains a mystery, with 13 players currently listed on their squad list.

Ticket News.jpg

Chairboys fans can by online at any time and save £2 through the new TicketCo platform, either on the website at tickets.wwfc.com or the TicketCo Wallet app.

Fans are encouraged to use the online platform rather than queuing to buy a ticket from Ticket Office 1. Buying online saves you time and money, which can be better spent in the shop, bar or stadium bowl.

Meanwhile, season ticket holders are able to book guest tickets for £5; simply insert your season ticket number as a promo code on the booking screen, and the £5 ticket options will become available.

Please also note that there will be no cash turnstile facility in the home areas; all fans are required to present a ticket (either the QR code on a smartphone/printout, or a physical ticket).

Tickets for the upcoming away game at Bristol Rovers can be purchased from Ticket Office 1 AFTER the match, but not before, to alleviate queues.

Meanwhile, this game is all-ticket for Bolton fans, who must purchase a ticket from tickets.wwfc.com before 5pm on Friday (subject to availability). There will be no ticket sales on the day of the game for Bolton supporters.
