One of Wanderers’ newest partners will be sponsoring Saturday’s Sky Bet League 1 clash with Oxford United at Adams Park, with High Wycombe-based company Printkick joining forces with the Chairboys for the 2018/19 season and beyond.
The promotional merchandise suppliers came on board this summer to sponsor the club’s Goal Cam footage and display their brand through various signage positions along the Beechdean Stand.
Last month they ran an incentive for Wanderers fans to collect a free pair of sunglasses for every shop or programme purchase, with three lucky winners receiving ‘swag bags’ containing a number of Printkick goodies in return for posting a selfie of themselves wearing the glasses.
Now Printkick, who have supplied golf umbrellas and a new style of cap for sale in the club shop, are putting their name to the showdown with the U’s on Saturday, delivering the matchball ahead of kick-off, selecting and presenting the Man of the Match award, and enjoying VIP hospitality in the Honours Lounge.
Inder Brar, managing director of Printkick, said: “We’ve really enjoyed the first two months of working with the football club and are proud to have supplied to new merchandise for their shop, as well as developing the opportunity to showcase our brand around the stadium.
“It was great to see the Printkick Fan Zone packed out for the game against Luton and we look forward to another great atmosphere for the match with Oxford, where we are excited to be sponsoring the fixture and experiencing a VIP day out.”
Matt Cecil, head of media and marketing at the club, said: “Printkick have been engaging and proactive with us from day one and it’s been fantastic to see them develop their sponsorship across a number of platforms, including online exposure, signage around the stadium and activation on matchday with sunglasses giveaways and match sponsorship.
“They’ve supplied us with a great quality of merchandise for the shop and we’re looking forward to growing the partnership to give supporters a wider range of options to buy and helping Printkick increase their profile in the local community and beyond.”
