Wycombe Wanderers vs Norwich City
Tuesday 25th September 2018, k.o. 7.45pm
Carabao Cup Round Three

Adams Park
Referee: Jeremy Simpson
Sponsor: FiServ

It's been 12 years since the Chairboys tasted third round action in the Carabao Cup, but the opportunity comes round again tonight with Championship side Norwich City rolling into town.

While Gareth Ainsworth's men have squeezed past Northampton and Forest Green to reach this stage, the Canaries have seen off Stevenage and Cardiff in the opening rounds, with the win in Wales sparking an upturn in form for Daniel Farke's side who've risen to 11th in the league table after an indifferent start.

The German made 10 changes to his side for the game at Cardiff and may shuffle the pack again tonight; only two of his squad have ever played a senior game at Adams Park, though Jordan Rhodes won't forget his five-goal haul on his last visit with Huddersfield in 2012.

The stadium also holds good memories for the Canaries, who won 2-0 in the FA Cup third round in 1994 and 1-0 in League 1 16 years later, holding a 100% win record in three overall meetings.

In the event of a draw after 90 minutes, the game will go straight to penalties (regular ABAB format).

Team news
Gareth Ainsworth has no fresh injury worries, so Anthony Stewart, Adam El-Abd and Nathan Tyson are the only confirmed absentees.

Norwich could be without Marco Stiepermann though Ivo Pinto is expected to be fit again, and Ben Marshall is fighting a virus.

Man in the middle
Referee Jeremy Simpson has shown 37 yellow and two red cards in his 10 games in charge so far this season.

It's his first involvement in a Wycombe game since February 2015, when he sent off Stevenage's Chris Beardsley and awarded a penalty to Boro in the 2-2 draw at Adams Park.

Kit
Wanderers will be playing in their regular light and dark blue kit.

Utilita Half-Time Activity
The club's official energy partner Utilita will be inviting young fans of both clubs to take part in a half-time activity on the pitch; stay in your seats at the interval to learn more!

Tickets
Tickets cost just £10 for adults and £5 for under 18s; Chairboys fans can pay on arrival or collect pre-booked tickets from Ticket Office 1, but the game is all-ticket for Norwich fans. Season ticket holders are reminded they will need to pay for tickets for this fixture, as only league games are included in a season ticket.

Wanderers supporters will be accommodated in the BMI Healthcare Terrace, Frank Adams Stand and Beechdean Stand, with the Norwich faithful in the Lords Builders Merchants Stand.
