Sleeping Beauty comes to Adams Park, thanks to Dormeo

Bed specialists sponsor pantomime, free for all season ticket holders.

29 November 2018

Wycombe Wanderers have teamed up with bed specialists Dormeo to host a special pantomime performance of Sleeping Beauty at Adams Park on Thursday 20th December.

This event is free of charge for Wanderers’ season ticket holders, and will include guest appearances from members of the playing squad, plus the opportunity to look behind the scenes at the Chairboys’ stadium.

The performance of Sleeping Beauty comes courtesy of Pyramid Pantomimes, and will begin at 1.30pm in the Caledonian Suite, running for 60 minutes. Capacity is limited to 200 people - aimed primarily at children aged 4-11 - with priority given to season ticket holders, who can secure their complimentary places by no later than Friday 14th December.

If there is any remaining availability after this date, places for non-season ticket holders can be booked for £3 per person.

Mike Pitt, managing director at Dormeo, said: “We have exciting plans to develop a partnership with Wycombe Wanderers and to kick things off, we’re delighted to sponsor this pantomime and provide some entertainment for the Chairboys season ticket holders in the run-up to Christmas.

“We’ve recently opened our new showroom along the London Road in High Wycombe, as well as stocking our mattresses across the UK, and rumour has it that Sleeping Beauty has already been enquiring about our Dormeo products so I’m sure we’ll be able to make a deal for her at the panto!”

Wanderers’ general manager Michael Davies said: “Christmas is a time for bringing people together and this is a perfect opportunity for our younger supporters to come and enjoy a new experience at Adams Park, as well as meeting some of the players.

“We’d like to thank Mike and his team for making this possible and we’re looking forward to introducing Dormeo to the Wycombe fanbase for the first of what we hope will be a long series of initiatives in partnership with them.”

Click here to book your place (maximum of five per person). Squash and free ice cream, courtesy of Beechdean Dairy Ice Cream, will be provided for the little ones with hot food and drink available to buy from the food hatch.
