Wycombe Wanderers vs West Ham United
Saturday 14th July 2018, k.o. 3pm
Adams Park
Referee: John Busby

It's coming home... the Wycombe Wanderers team that is - with a couple of summer additions - are back at Adams Park 10 weeks after the curtain fell on their glorious promotion-winning campaign with the 1-0 victory over Stevenage.

West Ham United are their opponents in Manuel Pellegrini's first game in charge of the Hammers in the UK, having returned from a pre-season camp in Switzerland bolstered by the arrivals of signings including Jack Wilshere and Andriy Yarmolenko.

The Premier League outfit will pose a tough challenge for the Chairboys' opening pre-season friendly, following a fortnight of work on the training pitch and on a team-building trip to Wales.

Now they're gearing up for a first outing in their new O'Neills home kit to kick off the first of five warm-up matches ahead of the start of the League 1 campaign on 4th August.
