Wanderers' home attendance for Saturday's curtain-raiser against Blackpool was the highest for the opening fixture at Adams Park of any season since 2009/10.
A total attendance of 5,115 included 4,656 Chairboys supporters - the highest number since 2009 when 6,136 Wycombe fans packed in to Adams Park to witness the clash with Leeds United.
Saturday's total eclipsed the 4,105 that entered the home turnstiles for the game against Lincoln last season, and - aside from the Leeds game - there's not been a larger turnout for the first home league game since 2002.
