Wycombe Wanderers have been recognised by the EFL with the Family Excellence Award for the seventh consecutive season, achieving an overall score of 8.7 out of 10 - the fourth best score in League Two.
Ranking 21st overall out of all 72 EFL clubs, the Chairboys were adjudged by the panel to "deliver a fantastic family experience with really entertaining innovation and engagement at key touch points. Not only that, but the club clearly listens to and acts upon feedback."
The report is based upon two 'mystery shopper' style visits by families to Adams Park each season, giving scores to categories including first impressions, travel, retail, refreshments, staff engagement and friendliness.
The club were judged on fixtures against Exeter City in October and Morecambe in February, and remain committed to making continued enhancements based on recommendations made within the report.
