All you need to know.

Team news, tickets, travel and more...

Wycombe Wanderers vs Crewe Alexandra
Tuesday 26th September 2017, k.o. 7.45pm
Adams Park
Referee: Andy Haines

Both of tonight’s sides will be relishing the quick turn-around after Saturday’s fixtures – but for completely contrasting reasons.

Wanderers’ confidence is building up nicely after a series of impressive performances was finally rewarded with three points, as they saw off old foes Colchester United on Saturday afternoon.

They’ll look to build up momentum against a Crewe outfit desperate to right the wrongs of their weekend disappointment, when they went down 5-0 at home to Carlisle United.

They shipped five goals on their last visit to Adams Park almost a year ago to the day, though tonight’s game is hard to call. Will the wounded animal bite back, or will the Chairboys go from strength to strength?

Team news
Gareth Ainsworth has no fresh injury worries but will hope that at least one of Matt Bloomfield, Dominic Gape, Paris Cowan-Hall or Josh Umerah could be available again after missing Saturday’s win through injury.

Crewe boss David Artell could be boosted by the return of right-back Perry Ng after he picked up an ankle injury last week.

Man in the middle
It’s been five years since Andy Haines last officiated in a Wanderers game; it was the club’s first league match under Trust ownership, in the 3-1 win at York in 2012.

This season he’s shown 27 yellow and one red cards in his nine games in the middle.
