Gareth Ainsworth is looking to hunt down Wanderers' first home win of the season this Saturday vs Forest Green.
The Chairboys welcome the EFL newcomers to Adams Park looking to build on their solid start to the season which sees them sit three points off the top of Sky Bet League Two.
Ainsworth's men have scored the joint-second most goals in the league, scoring an average of 2.5 goals per game so far in 2017/18.
The one thing that has eluded Wycombe so far this season is a clean sheet, and the goals against is something the manager is determined to see put right as a team, as well as continue their strong attacking displays.
With positive signs on the training pitch and new personel added to the ranks this week, Gareth is confident convincing scorelines are on the way.
"We've had a good start to the season with seven points from our opening four games and I am really pleased with that," he said.
"But there will be no resting on our laurels, we are shipping too many goals in at the moment and that has got to be worked on.
"At the other end I am pleased that we are scoring good goals, and playing some good attacking football and hopefully somebody will be on the end of a good scoreline sooner or later.
"So it's been a positive start and the chance to add to that at home is fantatsic so we'll be giving everything we can against Forest Green and who knows where we could end up at 5pm on Saturday afternoon."
