Gareth Ainsworth is hoping to carry on Wanderers' unbeaten run vs Plymouth Argyle at Adams Park on Tuesday night.
Saturday's 0-0 draw with Blackpool cut the gap between Ainsworth's side and the play-offs to just three points, and with games coming thick and fast at the 'business end' of the season, the manager is hoping the team can put a run together between now and the end of the campaign.
"We're three unbeaten now, and that's a lot better than five defeats on the spin." Ainsworth said.
"So now we're looking forward to Tuesday, to try and put more points on the board.
"After that I believe we've got some winnable games coming up, so we can get a run together.
"I think who ever puts three our four wins together will shoot right into the play-offs, and why can't it be us?"
The Pilgrims are the visitors to Adams Park on Tuesday night (7:45 pm kick off), and they arrive sitting second in the Sky Bet League Two standings.
Ainsworth is expecting a stern test from Derek Adams' side, but is hoping his team can stand up to the task and register a result under the lights.
"Plymouth is a game that I want to win and I think we have got enough to win it, but they are a really good side.
"They are second in the league for a reason, so that will be a tough game for us.
"Getting a win would be amazing, and getting a draw would also be pleasing.
"So if we can carry on this unbeaten run, there's no reason why we won't be nicking one of the last few spots in the play-offs."
