Supporter Equality Survey

7 June 2017

Collecting and monitoring key equality data about our supporters is essential in allowing Wycombe Wanderers Football Club to understand more about you and ensure that the services provided to you are appropriate and relevant.

Using anonymous details (age, disability, gender reassignment, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion and belief, sex or sexual orientation of supporters of Wycombe Wanderers Football Club) allows Wycombe Wanderers Wanderers to consider how best to encourage supporters from all sections of our community to be involved with the club.

DETAILS OF THIS SURVEY WILL REMAIN ANONYMOUS & STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL

This survey provides Wycombe Wanderers with information about the extent to which the principles within the club's Inclusion & Anti-Discrimination Mission Statement are effective.

All supporters are encouraged to answer as many questions as possible, as this information will greatly assist us in implementing and monitoring Wycombe Wanderers' Inclusion and Anti-Discrimination strategy.

Please note: The information provided on this form will be treated in confidence and is anonymous and any personal information provided will be processed in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.
