Supporter banned for two years for pyrotechnic attempt

Fans reminded of potential lifetime bans for bringing pyrotechnic devices into the stadium.

8 August 2017

A two-year stadium ban has been issued to a supporter who attempted to bring a pyrotechnic device into Adams Park ahead of Saturday’s fixture against Lincoln City.

Fans are reminded that all pyrotechnic devices are strictly prohibited within the stadium and its surrounds. Any violation of this regulation will result in the offender being ejected from the stadium and is likely to lead to a ban and/or police action.

The club’s policy is to issue a lifetime stadium ban for offences of this nature but have opted for a less severe ban on this occasion due to the offender being under the age of 18.

Wycombe Wanderers also urges its supporters to adhere to this regulation when attending away fixtures, and will do everything it can to support the home club and its local police force in relation to any violations.
