A supporter survey issued by the EFL at the start of the current season showed that Wanderers fans feel more valued by their club than the average across each of the 72 teams.Wanderers recorded a score of 7.6 out of 10 from their 266 respondents, compared to a league average of 6.5, in relation to how valued supporters feel by their club.
The highest rated element of the matchday experience at Adams Park was the attitude of club staff/stewards around the stadium, while the lowest rated was the time spent queuing for food and drink.
The most in-demand enhancements to a matchday experience were better wi-fi, improved parking facilities and a better quality of catering.
Wycombe recorded a score of +21 for the ‘matchday satisfaction score’ – the 14th highest of all EFL clubs – and a net promoter score of +34, which is the 23rd highest and relates to the likelihood of recommending a friend to attend a match at Adams Park.
Of the 266 respondents, 82% were male, 62% were season ticket holders, and 39% attend matches with children.
