Martin returns as Rhino raises £3,000 for Prostate Cancer UK

14 March 2016

Martin O'Neill was amongst the guests at a special fundraising event for the 'Football to Amsterdam' cycle challenge, in support of Prostate Cancer UK.

Wanderers legend Keith Ryan and Trust director David Roberton are taking part in the cycle in June, pedaling 145 miles from the Olympic Stadium to the Dutch capital.

To raise funds for this challenge, which benefits the Football League's charity partner Prostate Cancer UK, Rhino organised a special dinner at Adams Park on Saturday 5th March, with former Chairboys Steve Guppy, Matt Crossley, Keith Scott, Terry Evans, Scott Marshall, Frank Talia, Steve Whitby and Jim Melvin all in attendance, as well as brief appearance from the current Republic of Ireland boss - and former Wycombe manager - Martin O'Neill.

Combinations of a 'heads and tails' game, raffle and auction helped to raise close to £3,000, while further donations can be made via David's JustGiving page.
