Final preparations are underway ahead of tomorrow's big Emirates FA Cup tie against Aston Villa, and the team was in high spirits before the final training session this morning.Matt Bloomfield told Chairboys PlayerHD that the team was ready and raring to go ahead of the game (12.45pm k.o.).
"Everyone is really excited, as you can imagine the anticipation has been building all week," he said. "It has been sharp and intense training all week but everyone is good. Everyone is in good spirits and we are looking forward to tomorrow."
Blooms has experienced the third round previously with the Blues - a 1-0 defeat to Hereford in 2010/11 - and is excited about the prospect of a full house at Adams Park.
He said: "It's only happened a handful of times in my 12 years here. It will be packed to the rafters and the atmosphere will be amazing and the place will be bouncing.
"We are really looking forward to getting out there and giving it a go. We are full or respect and admiration for Aston Villa. They are a Premier League team but we are looking forward to enjoying the day and giving it the best shot we can."
Saturday's match will be Anthony Stewart's first taste of the third round and he is keen to test himself against top-flight opposition.
He said: "The FA Cup is always a great competition to play in and for us to draw a team like Aston Villa is great for us.
"It is going to be a great test for us all playing against better players than we usually play against. It is also going to be a test for us individually to see how good we can be against the better teams."
