Recommended road directions
Take the A404 south, leading to the A404(M) and continue to the westbound M4. Leave the M4 at J20 and take the M5 (s/p The South West). Continue forward at J31. Keep in right hand lanes and then continue forward onto the A38. Continue on the A38 Devon Expressway until the junction with the A386, signposted Home Park, City Centre, Ferry Port, and Tavistock. At the roundabout as you come off the A38, take the second exit A386, signposted Plymouth Argyle Home Park, Ferry Port. Stay on this road for approximately a mile and the stadium is on your left.

Mileage from High Wycombe = 222

Recommended area for car parking
There is a good sized, council-run, car-park right outside the stadium. The good thing is that it is free to use. It is operated on a 'first in before the game, first out after the game basis'. It tends to normally be full by 2.30pm on match days. There is some street parking if you drive past the ground, heading away from the city centre.

Travelling by coach?
OWWSA will be running a coach that will leave Adams Park at 08:30. Travel prices are £26 for adults, £25 for seniors, and £24 for juniors. The price for non-members is £30 (no refund if game is cancelled). Note that OWWSA has added card payment to their methods of payment.  Members will be able to pay at the Vere Suite, on the coach or by telephone. Non members are required to pay before travelling, so this means either by telephone or in the Vere Suite.  If you wish to book by phone (Rena 01494 520179, Graham 07876 267301) or by e-mail ( you need to do so by Thursday December 22nd at 5pm.

Using the train?
Regrettably this is a non-starter as due to the holiday period there are no scheduled services on December 25th and 26th.

Facilities for away fans
During 2001 Home Park was transformed, with three sides of the ground being completely re-built. This included both ends and one side of the ground. The current capacity is 16,388 (all-seated). Away fans are housed in the Barn Park End, which is all seated and covered. This is the stand behind the goal on the Central Park side of the stadium. As you would expect from a modern stand the facilities and views of the playing action are both good. The normal allocation for visiting supporters in this area is 1,300 seats. The club’s main switchboard number is 01752 562561.

Facilities around the ground
The most popular pub with visiting fans appears to be the Britannia in Wolseley Road. This is a large Wetherspoons outlet, about a 10-minute walk from the ground (from the car park outside the football ground, turn left and the pub is down the road on the right hand corner). It tends to get very busy with fans queuing to get in but the doormen are pretty efficient so you shouldn’t have to wait too long to get in. Near to the pub is normally a van selling pasties. Opposite the Britannia is the Embassy Club which is best avoided by away fans. Otherwise alcohol is available within the ground.
