Disabled parking policy finalised for 2016/17 season

4 August 2016

Wycombe Wanderers will continue to issue a number of parking spaces free of charge to blue badge holders for the 2016/17 season.

Following a period of consultation with supporters, the club has taken steps to ensure effective management of its car park on home matchdays whilst providing complimentary spaces for disabled supporters.

Under the new policy, 15 spaces will be allocated free of charge to holders of a valid blue badge, which must be displayed in the vehicle and must match the identity of the driver or passenger. The complimentary parking spaces will be reserved for those supporters who have pre-booked until one hour before kick-off on the day of the game; after this point they may be released for general sale.

It is recommended that these spaces are pre-booked to ensure availability; any of the 15 spaces which are not pre-booked will be available on a first-come-first-served basis to blue badge holders until an hour before kick-off on the day of the game.

In the event that all 15 spaces have been occupied by blue badge holders, normal parking charges will apply (£5 per vehicle).

Any supporter wishing to pre-book a parking space can do so by contacting the ticket office at Adams Park (in person, or by phone on 01494 441118) no later than 1pm on a Friday preceding a Saturday fixture, or no later than 5pm on the Monday preceding a Tuesday night fixture.

Blue badge holders are required to register their details with the ticket office; this will enable the club to keep a record of those fans eligible for a disabled parking space and will therefore speed up the booking.

A seasonal car park pass can be purchased for £120 in the lower car park, or for £70 in the car park, by contacting the ticket office. This remains the only way to guarantee a parking space for every Wycombe Wanderers match at Adams Park.
