Sign for Life survey - did you join the team?

1 April 2016

Please take five minutes to complete this short survey for the Sign for Life campaign, which encourages football fans to register on the organ donor register.

From Saturday 27th February to Sunday 13th March, NHS Blood and Transplant ran a nationwide campaign, supported by over 35 football and rugby clubs, sports charities and other organisations, asking fans to sign up to the NHS Organ Donor Register and help save lives.

Wanderers welcomed a team of representatives from the campaign - plus football freestyler Frankie Vu - to Adams Park for the 1-0 win over Bristol Rovers, giving fans the opportunity to sign up or learn more about the cause.

To evaluate the campaign and gather learnings to inform future activity, NHSBT have set up a survey via the link below to learn from fans’ experiences of the campaign, and how this has made them feel about organ donation in general.

It would be great if you could take 5 minutes to fill out the survey, to help NHSBT grow their lifesaving team, and encourage more people to join the organ donor register to save and improve more lives in the future.
