This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join a talented team that are dedicated to engaging with as many people as possible in and around the Wycombe area, with the aim of improving levels of health, social inclusion, education, and sports participation for the good of the community as a whole.
The Operations Manager is an integral role within WWSET and the successful candidate will be responsible for strategically aligning the marketing and operational functions of the charity.
This opportunity will provide the right candidate with the platform to demonstrate their key business skills whilst at the same time being encouraged to develop, grow and learn new areas of expertise.
The post holder will be responsible for a variety of challenging and important tasks on a day-to-day basis and therefore we are looking for an adaptable character with excellent communication skills that can complete tasks in an effective and efficient manner.
Whilst an interest in sport and working within the community would be beneficial, this will predominantly be an office based role where business and marketing skills will be of primary importance.
