Fans at Friday night's match vs Leeds United were the first to experience the new combined ticket office, shop and reception area at Adams Park.Following the news that Wanderers have regained the day-to-day management of the retail operation at the stadium, the club have worked hard to renovate the front of the stadium to create a new open-plan area whereby ticket enquiries and shop purchases can be made in one place, while visitors to the conference centre can check in at reception.
Also included in the new space is a break-out area with sofas and tables, a mini-display area of artefacts and shirts from the club's history, and an exhibition space which will be made available for either internal use or for club partners.
The ticket office, shop and reception are open on weekdays from 9am to 5.30pm, and on home matchdays from 10am. The coffee house has now been closed.
Meanwhile, the marquee has been split into two and one half has been moved towards the front gates, providing a mini village for away fans with easier direct access into the Panache Stand to watch the game.
