More than £500,000 have been contributed to the share offer as the club moves closer to its target of raising £2million over five years. The money will be used as much-needed working capital to refinance the club, providing resources to improve the profitability of the club, widen the community ownership of the club and improve the attraction of Adams Park as an event venue.
Wanderers’ share offer is an Enterprise Investment Scheme offering tax relief of up to 30% on investments at the end of the tax year, while there’s the possibility of earning interest payments and/or receiving money back should the club achieve a sufficient level of success.
