Charity Policy

1 July 2015

Wycombe Wanderers is committed to working with the local community and supporting local charities through the provision of club collateral for the purposes of fundraising auctions and raffles.

Each year the Club nominates certain charities to be our Official Charity Partners with the club, along the Football League’s Official Charity Partner.

However, this commitment to these our Official Partners does not preclude the club from supporting other charities, which it is very prepared to do, but a monthly limit is set in terms of assistance and the club will judge each request on its merits.

Unfortunately, the Club does not provide signed merchandise; however should your charity wish to purchase merchandise we can arrange for this to be signed.

All requests for charitable support must be made in writing to the club, with the communication providing full details of the charity for which the support is required and the event at which the donation will be used, together with main contact details.

Please note we do not offer bucket collections at first team fixtures as these are reserved for our Official Charity Partners.

Each charity request will be individually assessed by the club and notification, confirming the club's commitment to support or otherwise, will be communicated via letter or e-mail. Standard reasons for decline include:
  • The charity is based outside the considered 'community of High Wycombe' catchment area
  • The club's monthly allocation has already been reached
  • There is insufficient written evidence to support the request
Requests should be sent to Charity Requests, Wycombe Wanderers Football Club, Adams Park, Hillbottom Road, High Wycombe, Bucks HP12 4HJ or

All requests for donations to schools or PTA’s should be made via our Sports and Education Trust to Wycombe Wanderers Sports & Education Trust, Adams Park Hillbottom Road, High Wycombe, Bucks HP12 4HJ or
