Morgs returns to training

20 February 2014

Dean Morgan is back in contention for Saturday’s game with leaders Chesterfield.

The striker limped off after 35 minutes of the 1-1 draw against Fleetwood Town with a hamstring problem and would have missed last weekend’s game at Cheltenham.

However, he has since returned to training to further bolster Gareth Ainsworth’s attacking options.

“He’s back in training and Dean Morgan is a great player,” Ainsworth told Chairboys Player. “He’d be part of any squad in this league.

“We have to be a little bit careful with Morgs and maybe ease him back in. He’s had that hamstring trouble and he came off with a fascial injury, which means that it’s not a recurrence of the original one.

“Dean’s back and a bit of magic from him could turn a game, and it’s against his ex-club so I’m sure he’ll be champing at the bit to be involved.”

Tickets for the visit of the Spireites are priced from just £5 for juniors, £9 for young adults, £11 for seniors and £15 for adults. U7s can enjoy this and all league fixtures for FREE.

A family of four (two adults and two juniors) can watch the game for just £25,while season-ticket holders will be provided with an extra £5 guest ticket, which if redeemed will see them receive 500 TeamCard points (equivalent of £5) to spend on merchandise or their 2014/15 season ticket.
