Wanderers have recalled Junior Morias from his loan spell at Boreham Wood.
The 18-year-old scored nine times during his three-month stay at the Skrill South side, including a hat-trick in a 7-0 victory over Tonbridge Angels.
Gareth Ainsworth said: “I’ve got exactly what I wanted out of the loan from Boreham Wood. It was a time for Junior to go out and get match fitness and game understanding.
“It was all very well him training every day and getting 10 minutes here or there for us, but he needed 90 minutes and he needed consecutive 90 minutes for a good period of time.
“In his first few games you could see he was rusty, but his last few games he’s been flying.
“He’s understanding the game now and his link play his better – he’s even winning headers against centre-halves, and for someone so small you need to use every ounce of your intelligence to do that.
“Junior's scored some cracking goals, he’s got a strike from distance, he’s scoring the tap-ins and he’s created a lot as well.
“He’s definitely at the top of his form since I’ve been here, so I’ve recalled him and Junior will be going into the squad.”
