The club and Wycombe Wanderers Trust have been in discussion to investigate alternative travel solutions to Adams Park on matchdays.
The Park & Ride from Cressex and Chesham bus route will stop running after the York City fixture on Saturday 21st September as the numbers do not support the level of expenditure incurred by the club and the operator.
At present the services are unsustainable and whilst the club has attempted to trial them again this season, it is once again proving unviable.
Feedback at the Southend United game, and that received by email, has been very constructive, but if the club are to be in a position to negotiate and implement alternative arrangements from the Burton Albion game onwards, then they require supporters, who would be disadvantaged by the removal of the scheme, to provide the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org, by Monday 16th September:
- Full name and email address/telephone number
- Location from which you would travel to Adams Park (eg Chesham, Stokenchurch, Cressex Park and Ride, HW Railway Station, Eden Bus Station)
- Would you be prepared to offer or join a car-share scheme (the club would provide advantageous car parking arrangements)? - Do you have any special mobility concerns (Y/N)
