Blues open against the Shrimps

19 June 2013

Wanderers will kick off the 2013/14 season at home to Jim Bentley’s Morecambe side on Saturday 3rd August.

Gareth Ainsworth’s men follow that up with their Capital One Cup tie against Leicester City at Adams Park, before making the trip to fellow fan-owned club AFC Wimbledon on Saturday 10th August.

Last season’s Blue Square Bet Premier champions Mansfield Town visit South Bucks seven days later and the Chairboys then make the short journey to Oxford United on Saturday 24th August.

The first five League 2 fixtures are completed with the visit of Southend United on Saturday 31st August.

Blues host recently-promoted Newport County on Boxing Day and then welcome Fleetwood Town to Adams Park three days later. Wanderers are on the road on New Year’s Day as they make the trip down to Devon to take on Exeter City.

The return fixture against M40 rivals Oxford is on Saturday 18th January.

Northampton Town are the visitors on Easter Saturday (19th April) and the Chairboys then travel to Fleetwood on Easter Monday, before finishing the season at home to Bristol Rovers (Saturday 26th April) and away to Torquay United (Saturday 3rd May).
