Michael Harriman hopes his versatility can help the Wanderers after joining on a one-month youth loan from QPR.
He added: "I want to get as much experience as I can. I want to get some minutes under my belt and, if I have to go back at the end of the month, I go back with good experience and fond memories of Wycombe.
"Right-back is where I play at the moment but I can always do that midfield role. I'm a chaser, I harry in the middle and get my tackles in."
The 20-year-old came on at right-back for the final 20 minutes of the New Year’s Day defeat at the hands of Exeter City, but is equally adept in centre-midfield.
"I've come to get some much-needed experience. It's my aim to get the first start under my belt and crack on from there."
Harriman says R’s legend Gareth Ainsworth was a big factor in his move to Adams Park.
"There's such a buzz around the place when you're around with Gareth. It's good to have him here."
"Gareth's a great guy,” he said. “I remember when I was a young lad he used to be around the place (at QPR).
